Schedule: Open availability Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM (No nights or weekends)
 
First-Year Earnings Expectation: $100K-$125K and 2nd year earnings as Executive LO $200k+ 
Unlimited inbound warm leads provided daily

What You'll Do
       Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
       Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching
       Make and receive calls from warm, inbound leads
       Learn our CRM and loan origination technology
       Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and referral partners
       Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives

       No mortgage experience needed-paid training provided
       Bachelor's degree OR minimal experience in sales, military, or commission-based roles
