If you like steady, hands-on work and being part of a crew, this is a great place to build a long-term career.
Restoration Crew Member (officially called a Mitigation Technician)
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour + overtime opportunities and on-call bonuses
As a Paul Davis Restoration Crew Member you will...

  • Help clean and prepare homes and buildings after damage from water, fire, or storms so families and businesses can get back to normal.
  • Get more than another warehouse job: you learn a trade in property restoration with paid training and on-the-job experience.
  • Open doors to real long-term career potential, from entry-level tech to lead tech, project manager, or even running jobs and teams.
  • Have an active active role that's a lot of fun and not stuck not sitting at a desk, and it stays in demand even when other industries slow down.
What you’ll do
  • Load and unload materials and equipment, and keep trucks and tools clean and organized.
  • Set up and run drying and cleaning equipment (we train you how to use everything).
  • Help with cleanup after floods, fires, and other property damage under the direction of a supervisor.
  • Assist with simple temporary repairs, like tarping roofs or boarding up windows and doors.
  • Pitch in with warehouse or shop tasks when needed and support teammates on job sites.
  • Be reachable by phone and occasionally take on-call shifts for emergency jobs.
Why this is a good next step
  • Good, predictable hourly pay with the chance to earn more as you gain skills and certifications.
  • Paid, on-the-job training so you can learn a trade, not just have another warehouse job.
  • Clear path to roles like Lead Technician or Supervisor for people who show up, work hard, and want to advance your career
This is an exciting career opportunity for you if you:
  • Want steady, full-time work with the chance to build a long-term career, not just another warehouse job.
  • Show up on time, work hard, and like being part of a team that has each other’s backs.
  • Can be respectful and polite with customers who may be stressed after a flood or fire.
  • Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Can lift up to 75 lbs. and stay on your feet most of the day.
  • Can pass a pre-employment drug test.
Pay and benefits
  • Hourly pay: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off.
  • Supportive team culture and strong commitment to safety.
Paul Davis supports and hires Veterans and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
