Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Associate Technical Project Coordinator to support technology projects across T.M. Cobb Companies. This is an entry-level growth opportunity for someone who may not have formal project management experience but has strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a desire to learn.

As an Associate Technical Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Technology leadership, project owners, technical team members, functional business areas, and vendors to help organize meetings, track action items, maintain project documentation, and support clear communication.

This role is intended for someone who wants to grow into a stronger project coordination or project management role over time.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with organizing and tracking Technology projects across all company locations.
  • Facilitate and schedule project meetings, prepare basic agendas, take notes, and document action items.
  • Follow up with team members, vendors, and stakeholders on assigned tasks, due dates, and open items.
  • Help maintain project schedules, task lists, meeting notes, status updates, and project documentation.
  • Support clear project communication by summarizing progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
  • Assist Technology leadership and project owners with coordination, documentation, and follow-up.
Education
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, Technology, Communications, or related field required.
  • Equivalent work experience in coordination, administration, customer service, operations, or team leadership will be considered.
Experience
  • Prior project coordination experience is helpful but not required.
  • Experience in a business, office, customer service, operations, retail, manufacturing, distribution, or team leadership environment is preferred.
  • Experience organizing schedules, tasks, people, documentation, or follow-up activities is a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, MS Project, MS Planner, MS Viva),
SharePoint, and project tracking tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing/distribution
environment.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or IT systems is a plus.
