Job Type: Contract to Hire

Job Description:

  • Provide technical support for field users, troubleshooting issues efficiently.
  • Manage and enhance the AutoIt-based installer, updater, and launcher.
  • Develop, update, and maintain PowerShell scripts for application deployment via Intune.
  • Ensure smooth software updates, identifying and resolving deployment issues.
  • Implement creative solutions to improve application reliability and user experience.
  • Document all scripts, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Develop and execute QA procedures for new enhancements.
  • Create and maintain automated and manual test scripts for regression testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with developers.
  • Research and refine testing strategies independently.
  • Document all testing procedures, findings, and resolutions.
