Location: Costa Mesa, California (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager for a contract position. The ideal candidate will possess a driver mentality, demonstrate strong communication skills, and excel in a fast-paced environment. This role involves supporting open source distributed applications and cloud migration efforts, requiring collaboration with developers, client success teams, and sales stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support open source distributed applications and cloud migration initiatives.
  • Manage meetings and facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Handle escalations and collaborate effectively to resolve issues promptly.
  • Oversee operational tasks including upgrades, maintenance windows, and ticketing.
  • Maintain project organization and drive execution of key deliverables.
  • Ask clarifying questions and proactively engage with team members to ensure alignment.
  • Connect with developers to understand technical requirements and challenges.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in an operations environment, including managing upgrades, maintenance, and tickets.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage escalations.
  • Experience with ITSM, Kanban, and JIRA. Experience with SNOW is also relevant.
