Position Summary
Performs a varied range of entry level assignments in supporting the daily functions of the HelpDesk and Information Management Department.
Essential Duties(Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.)
1. Responsible for being the first level of HelpDesk support, including but not limited to answering the HelpDesk phone and emails; generating tickets, setting up users' profiles and monitoring ticket resolutions.
2. Assist with imaging of computers.
3. Test and provide feedback about user functionality of new and existing systems.
4. Assist with conference room A/V technology.
5. Assist associates with the proper use of IT software and equipment.
6. Participate in after-hours call rotation.
Supervisory Responsibilities
โ€ข The associate in this position may be responsible for supervising interns and/or contract security personnel.
Education/Experience/Certificates/Security Clearance
โ€ข High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.
โ€ข 6 months -1 Years' experience in a related field required.
โ€ข No professional certifications are required for this position.
โ€ข Valid state driver's license, insurance and satisfactory driving record are required.
โ€ข Associates in this position will be required to successfully h state and federal criminal background checks and sex offender check.
โ€ข Ability to operate Windows PC and iOS devices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook.
