As a Quick Lube & Mobile Technician, you are the engine of our maintenance department. You'll be responsible for keeping our customers' vehicles running smoothly through thorough inspections and precision lubrication, all while representing our brand on the move.
The Role: The Foundation of Service
This is more than "just an oil change." You are the first line of defense in vehicle health, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
What You'll Do:

  • Fluid & Filter Care: Drain and refill oil, replace air filters, and top off essential fluids for radiators and batteries.
  • Precision Lubrication: Service universal joints, grease fittings, and steering components using professional-grade equipment.
  • Safety First: Check tire pressures and inspect critical components like steering gears, transmissions, and differentials.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate additional repair needs clearly to Service Advisors to keep our customers informed.
  • Professional Standards: Adhere to all safety procedures and company codes of conduct to maintain a clean, efficient work environment.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Drive & Ambition: You have a genuine interest in automotive maintenance and a desire to grow into a senior role.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and follow written technical instructions and familiarity with basic vehicle systems.
  • Licensing: Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to operate manual transmissions.
  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting (20-50 lbs) throughout the day in various weather conditions.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with the service team.
  • Experience: Prior experience as an apprentice or technician's helper is a plus, but we are ready to train the right person!
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a high-performance culture with compensation based on your experience that is competitive with Fortune 500 standards. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
  • Health & Wellness: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, plus Accident and Critical Illness coverage.
  • Financial Security: 401(k) Retirement Plan and Life Insurance (Basic and Additional).
  • Work-Life Balance: Paid Time Off (PTO) to help you maintain a healthy balance.
  • Growth: Paid Training-we invest in you so you can move up the ranks from Mobile Tech to Master Tech.
