At The Bizarre Agency, we're expanding our Miami team and looking for ambitious, outgoing individuals to join us as Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Representatives. No experience? No problem. We provide full paid training and hands-on mentorship from day one.

You'll represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations through exciting face-to-face campaigns at events, retail locations, and community activations, helping raise awareness and connect supporters with meaningful causes.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Represent nonprofit organizations at live events and promotional campaigns
  • Connect with people in a friendly, professional, and engaging way
  • Educate the public about important causes and help gain new supporters
  • Build communication, sales, and leadership skills through daily coaching
  • Work with a motivated team in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to exciting marketing campaigns across the Miami area


We're Looking For People Who Are

No experience is required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, sports, or sales is helpful but not necessary. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
