This entry-level Document Imaging Analyst I role focuses on accurately scanning and indexing up to 150 loan documents daily to support credit services workflows. The position involves maintaining equipment, meeting accuracy and timeliness standards, and collaborating with internal teams in an office environment, with no direct financial responsibility but potential minor workflow impacts from errors.

You will scan and index up to 150 loan documents each day using imaging and scanning technology. You will maintain a high level of accuracy when indexing loan and account documents. You will prepare and file scanned batches within required turnaround times. You will escalate complex cases and identify trends to support team learning. You will monitor scanning equipment and report any issues promptly. You will support efficient document workflows through timely and accurate processing.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of (a/an) ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ (High School/Associates/Bachelors) High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong attention to detail and task execution. Ability to follow structured procedures and meet daily quotas. Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
