Everforth ECS is seeking an Application Support Administrator to work in our Huntsville, AL office.
Join our team and contribute to supporting the world's premier law enforcement organization, aiding those who ensure our safety. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting agents, analysts, and professionals with the technology essential for combating terrorism, espionage, cyber threats, and major criminal activities. We are looking for candidates dedicated to delivering high-quality service, providing courteous and accurate technical assistance in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. This position involves tasks related to the implementation, integration, and support of computer systems in a mission-critical response operations environment.
This role involves a shift work schedule and an on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must be flexible in their availability. While we make every effort to accommodate individual preferences, it's essential to understand that specific shift requests are not guaranteed and are assigned based on operational needs. Therefore, candidates should be prepared to work various shifts as dictated by based on operational needs as determined by management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install investigative and analysis applications and manage requests for end-user access.
  • Offer guidance and training to end-users on access denial, application navigation, and technical errors.
  • Utilize IP Monitor to monitor the functionality and efficiency of investigative and analysis applications across various platforms.
  • Report issues to application vendors and collaborate with vendors to resolve problems.
  • Handle customer IT queries through multiple channels (phone, self-service, etc.).
  • Provide expert technical support to customers with varying levels of computing skills.
  • Document comprehensive diagnostic details in tickets after troubleshooting.
  • Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of information security policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an afterhours on-call roster.
