The candidate should have a solid understanding of foundational IT concepts regarding Operating Systems, Active Directory, storage devices, networking, and security with thorough knowledge regarding the OSI Model. The candidate will require developed troubleshooting skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment to successfully complete technical tasks.**Essential Responsibilities***Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position.
