Office Administrator About the Role We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support daily administrative operations and help keep our office running efficiently. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. The Office Administrator will assist with a variety of office, HR, scheduling, and clerical tasks while working closely with multiple departments across the company.

Responsibilities Process and organize office paperwork and administrative documents Scan, sort, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence Prepare and mail letters, packages, and other documents Maintain and update employee records and HR-related documentation Assist with onboarding processes and move candidates through pre-screening systems Run recurring reports and maintain spreadsheets Coordinate and schedule trade work and facility-related appointments Prepare bank deposits and assist with basic financial administrative tasks Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; place orders as needed Support general office organization and day-to-day operations Assist staff and management with administrative requests and special projects Qualifications Basic office administration or clerical experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable handling confidential information professionally Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic spreadsheet functions Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented High school diploma or equivalent required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and eager to grow within a professional office environment.
