We’re looking for driven Solar Consultants to join our high-energy team. Your mission? Educate homeowners on the power of solar and guide them through a seamless transition to clean energy. If you’re a self-starter who loves solving problems and wants to make a tangible impact on the planet, we want to hear from you.

Join us as a Solar Consultant and help lead the shift toward sustainable energy. In this role, you will consult with potential clients to design custom solar solutions that fit their specific energy needs. We are seeking motivated professionals with strong communication skills who excel in independent, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify: engage prospects using diverse outreach methods, including field sales and digital networking.

  • Conduct: technical energy audits to recommend optimized solar solutions.

  • Present: detailed proposals covering ROI, cost savings, and available incentives.

  • Educate: clearly explain the financial benefits, environmental impact, and financing options of switching to solar energy.

  • Maintain: high standard of client relations and professional communication.

  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by mentoring and sharing strategies.

  • Collaborate: Work with the team to sharpen sales strategies, share wins, and mentor new consultants.

  • Maintain: expert-level knowledge of solar products and market trends.

Qualifications:
