Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the therapeutic process for an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans that emphasize goal achievement, patient engagement, and an outstanding patient experience.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, ensuring adherence to established practice laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Evaluate and monitor patients’ functional and rehabilitative status, participating collaboratively in the total plan of care.
  • Deliver purposeful and skilled therapeutic care, applying evidence-based techniques to achieve optimal recovery and enhance patient function.
  • Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in appropriate therapies, exercises, and the use of therapeutic appliances or prosthetic devices to promote adherence to care outside the clinic.
  • Effectively prioritize caseloads, determine daily staffing needs, and oversee the coordination of patient assignments and hand-offs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to adult patients, who are navigating various orthopedic and functional rehabilitation needs. Qualifications
