We are seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to support our doctor in delivering comprehensive oral care. This position offers the opportunity to work either part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling and significant long-term growth potential. The ideal candidate will assist in both clinical and administrative duties, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care.

Job DescriptionAssist the dentist during exams and a variety of treatment procedures, including suctioning and passing instruments.
Set up and prepare exam and surgery rooms; maintain cleanliness and sterilization of equipment following OSHA and health regulations.
Monitor and support patients before, during, and after dental procedures, providing comfort and post-operative instructions.
Operate and maintain dental equipment and monitors, including taking dental x-rays and other imaging procedures.
Manage dental supplies by stocking and organizing treatment rooms.
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the doctor.
Apply knowledge of dental and medical insurance when assisting patients and managing billing processes.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
Maintain accurate data entry and accounting records as required.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance overall patient care and office efficiency.
Full-time $23 - $40 per hour
