Job Description & Summary

As a Partner Financial Matters Senior Associate, you will engage in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management to help clients optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations, handling tasks such as financial reporting and budgeting.


As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs.


Responsibilities

  • Managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations

  • Conducting financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision‑making

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
