Job description

Amazon is seeking an industry proven and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to help successfully launch new last mile buildings through the procurement of materials essential for launch. Successful candidates are natural self-starters with expertise in managing multiple relationships and their execution of integration projects, developing and implementing change management strategies, coordinating between equipment manufacturers, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and operational requirements.
Our Supply Chain Manager must be highly adaptable, capable of quickly adjusting strategies and implementation plans in response to dynamic business needs and varying site conditions.

They should excel at managing stakeholder relationships, driving consistent standards across diverse partners, and balancing technical requirements with operational constraints. The ideal candidate will embrace our principles of customer focus, innovation enablement, and advanced technology adoption while maintaining a team-first mindset.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with our key internal stakeholders and business partners to enable and support project execution.
Review building designs and BOM's to ensure that all items necessary for launch our procured on-time and in full to support Amazon business needs.
Facilitate suppliers' understanding of Amazon global policies, site requirements, budget and cost targets, service and quality expectations.
Monitor ordering cost, performance, quality, and capacity with respect to overall program objectives.
Develop alternate sourcing strategies to optimize costs and ensure continuity of supply.
