Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Management Trainee to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who want to develop their leadership, business, and management skills while learning directly from experienced professionals.

The Management Trainee will receive hands-on training across multiple areas of the business and gain a broad understanding of operations, customer service, team development, reporting, and business management. The goal is to prepare successful team members for future leadership and management opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Learn company operations, policies, procedures, and business practices
  • Work toward performance goals established with management
  • Track and report progress toward individual and team objectives
  • Work with managers and trainers to evaluate performance and development
  • Observe and learn from experienced team members and managers
  • Receive cross-training in multiple departments and business functions
  • Provide support with reporting, data entry, presentations, and administrative tasks
  • Assist with customer service and day-to-day business operations
