Facilities Clerk – 1st Shift

Position Overview
Alliance Workforce is hiring a reliable and hardworking Facilities Clerk to help keep a busy warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently. This is a great entry-level warehouse opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining a safe and organized workplace. The Facilities Clerk will be responsible for recycling, trash removal, general warehouse cleanliness, and assisting with the proper flow and disposal of materials throughout the facility.

What You'll Do
  • Monitor and manage cardboard, trash, pallets, and recycling throughout the warehouse.
  • Remove trash from warehouse bays and underneath floor pallets.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse, including offices, break rooms, and restrooms.
  • Keep dock wells, parking areas, and surrounding work areas clean and organized.
  • Assist with maintaining proper pallet flow for order selectors and stockers.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Clerks and Forklift Operators when products need to be moved.
  • Operate motorized equipment such as:
    • Cardboard baler
    • Compactor
    • Motorized conveyor
    • Floor scrubber
    • Pallet wrapper
  • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
  • Assist with other general warehouse and facility duties as needed.

Pay Rate: $15/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
