Job description

This vast list of project experience includes services for virtually every type of public and private client associated with industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects.

Ardaman & Associates has an immediate opening for a Building Services Assistant/Driver at the Orlando office.  This is a full-time entry level position with full benefits for applicants seeking a stable career opportunity.  

BUILDING SERVICES/DRIVER
(Stocker/Delivery/Driver) 
***THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE POSITION***

Provides pickup and delivery services, maintains storage files, receives and stocks supplies, and performs minor maintenance.  

Duties will vary from day to day, but will include some or all of the following:

  • Office work including but not limited to; stocking, retrieval of files from storage, replacing water cooler bottles, minor maintenance, etc.
  • Outdoor work, including but not limited to: cleaning debris from offices' yards, removing logo stickers from vehicles, moving soil sample boxes to storage and/or to the dumpster, bagging ice, etc.
  • Driving including but not limited to; delivery or pickup of reports and supplies, transport of employees, etc., both locally and regionally.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a safe driving record
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.  
  • Must be dependable, hardworking, and a self-starter, and be able to do physical work.
  • Must have good communication skills
