Holiday Health Care is seeking a dedicated Nurse Graduate RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent nursing graduates to apply their clinical knowledge in a supportive, supervised setting while awaiting permanent licensure. The successful candidate will provide compassionate patient care across various departments, supporting our mission to enhance the well-being of our residents and patients through skilled and attentive nursing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs, and physical examinations to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and injections following proper protocols, including IV infusions and aseptic techniques.
  • Support patient care activities such as wound suturing, catheter care, tube feeding, and ventilator management under supervision.
  • Document medical records accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop discharge plans, coordinate long-term care, and ensure continuity of care in settings such as assisted living, memory care, or hospice.
