We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level candidates or individuals looking to start their career in business analysis. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to gather business requirements and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:


• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement Documents
• Work with cross-functional teams to support project delivery
• Perform data analysis and generate reports
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and project discussions
• Assist in creating process flow diagrams and documentation
• Support testing activities including UAT
• Track project progress and maintain documentation
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams

Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field

• 0–2 years of experience or relevant internships in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge of Excel, SQL, or data tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment
