This position includes base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities. Expected annual compensation is $50,000–$70,000, or even more, depending on performance. - $2500.00 monthly base plus commission.

• Work leads provided by the agency to generate new business accounts
• Quote Home, Auto, Business, and Life insurance policies for prospective clients (we teach you how!)
• Follow up promptly with leads via phone and email to close sales
• Organize and prioritize your pipeline to hit individual sales goals
• Participate in daily team huddles and ongoing coaching sessions
• Maintain licensing and continuing education requirements

• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening

What kind of training will I receive?

Is prior insurance experience required?

No! You don't need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and process training that you'll need to be successful.

Do I need to already be licensed to apply?

No — licensing is preferred but not required. If you're not yet licensed, we'll cover your ExamFX exam prep course immediately so you can get started, and your state exam and licensing fees are reimbursed on your first paycheck.

Will I be cold-calling for leads?

No — you'll be working with warm leads and from day one
