• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients’ concerns, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and developing targeted treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities customized to each client's requirements.
• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, developing a safety plan as necessary.
• Create and maintain precise client records in compliance with ethical and legal regulations, documenting treatment progress and modifying therapies as required.
• Foster collaborative relationships with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to ensure holistic client care and communication.
• Educate clients and their family members on relevant mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, training sessions, and relevant conferences to remain abreast of developments in mental health therapy.

You will work with a varied clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the State of Georgia.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling capacity.
