Job Summary:
Blue Sky Innovators is seeking a motivated, entry-level engineer to support the Anti-Tamper Executive Agent within SAF/AQL. This role involves reviewing industry-submitted Anti-Tamper plans and contributing to the data infrastructure for senior-level decision-making, while gaining exposure to program protection and national security technologies.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Support the review and analysis of Anti-Tamper (AT) plans submitted by defense industry partners
โ€ข Extract and catalog technologies, methodologies, and protection measures from AT plans
โ€ข Develop and maintain databases and tracking tools to monitor:
โ€ข Evolution of Anti-Tamper technologies
โ€ข Research & Development (R&D) investments
โ€ข Program-level implementation trends
โ€ข Assist in identifying gaps, trends, and opportunities in Anti-Tamper approaches across programs
โ€ข Prepare briefings, summaries, and analytical products for senior SMEs and leadership
โ€ข Collaborate daily with the Anti-Tamper Executive Agent, Program Office personnel, and senior engineers
โ€ข Support continuous improvement of data management and knowledge-sharing frameworks
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
โ€ข Active TS clearance required (SCI eligibility required)
โ€ข Strong analytical and organizational skills
