  • Perform basic quality checks during production

  • Support machine setups, changeovers, and routine operations

  • Identify and report equipment or process issues

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production flow

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

  • Basic math and reading skills

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments

  • Forklift experience or willingness to learn

  • Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools

Work Environment / Schedule

  • Hands-on, physical role in a manufacturing setting

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

  • Standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift

  • Exposure to varying temperatures and industrial conditions

  • Opportunities for overtime depending on production needs

Why This Role?

  • Entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training

  • Stable, full-time position with a reputable manufacturing company

  • Clear opportunities for advancement into higher-level operator and technical role.

  • Gain valuable, transferable skills in a high-demand industry

If you want, I can also create a more “high-volume hiring” version (shorter, punchier, optimized for Indeed applies) or a blue-collar–style version that tends to pull in more hands-on candidates.
