Job Summary:
Paramont Mfg LLC is currently hiring full-time associates to join our production team.
Employees in these roles must be able to stand and lift up to 75 lbs. throughout the duration of their shift while working in a manufacturing environment that may not be suitable for individuals sensitive to loud noises, strong smells, or cleaning materials.
These are entry-level positions, and all associates will complete a 2-week paid training program on 1st shift. After training, employees will transition to their assigned schedule. All required personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided by the company, and employees receive full training on proper usage to ensure safety and compliance. No prior experience is required-only a willingness to learn. We will train you to work the Paramont way.
Position Responsibilities Include
Trimming:
Play a key role in shaping our products by inspecting molded parts, removing excess material, and ensuring each piece meets quality standards. This hands-on position involves using tools such as routers, drills, and sharp blades to deliver precise, finished components ready for the next stage.
Bonding:
Bring strength and structure to our products by bonding (gluing) and assembling molded parts. This position requires working with adhesives, cleaning materials, and common shop tools such as routers, drills, and sharp blades to ensure each part is secure, durable, and production-ready.
Paint/Prep/Wash:
This team then takes the product and prepares it for final inspection. Individuals must be able to move large racks, climb 3ft ladders, etc. This position requires working with sanders, Bondo, compound, paint, cleaning materials.
Packaging:
Ensure the final product is properly packaged to meet customer timelines and demands. (Requires forklift training: provided by Paramont.) This position requires individuals to be able to lift up to 75 lbs. throughout the duration of their shift and work with tools such as sharp blades, sheers, etc.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/hour

401(k): 3% employer contribution regardless of employee participation
Life Insurance: $25,000 employer-provided policy
Bonuses: Biannual discretionary bonuses
Paid Time Off (PTO): plus 8 paid company holidays
Schedule:
2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm: Monday to Friday
3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am: Sunday to Thursday
Occasional overtime based on company demand
