Job description

Launch your manufacturing career in one of the most exciting industries around. As a Production Technician on our aerospace team, you'll work hands-on with precision metal components; the kind that end up in aircraft. No formal aerospace experience needed. Entry Level Position - We'll train the right person.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate machinery and manufacturing equipment used in metal processing (cleaning, deburring, bending, pressing, basic machining)
  • Load and secure metal parts onto machines or worktables using hand tools and fixtures
  • Remove completed parts and stage for next process
  • Follow production standards and work instructions with precision and care
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas
  • Wear required safety equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Comfortable with basic math (fractions, decimals, and measurements)
  • Take pride in doing things right, show up reliably, and work well with a team
  • Eager to learn and build real, lasting manufacturing skills
  • Have some mechanical aptitude (you're comfortable working with tools and machinery, whether from a job, a hobby, or tinkering at home)
  • Previous hands-on, warehouse, fabrication, machine operator or production experience is a plus but not required
