Job description

Entry-Level Sales & Marketing (Team Player Mindset)

Your team sport background is the head start most candidates don't have.

This is an entry-level face-to-face sales and marketing position. But if you've come from a team sport background, you're likely to pick this up faster than most, because the two have more in common than people think.

Being part of a team teaches you how to train, how to take feedback without taking it personally, how to perform consistently, and how to stay motivated for the group even when results are slow to come. In sales and marketing, that same team player mindset is what separates people who quit after a tough week from people who build a genuine career. We're looking for people with that collaborative, coachable approach — whatever sport or team environment you came from.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required. What matters is the discipline and team mentality your sporting background already built in you — we'll train you in the rest, from conversation technique to campaign strategy.

A typical day:

  • Team briefing to align on the day's targets and approach
  • Head to your event or campaign location and represent the brand directly to the public
  • Engage in conversations throughout the day, building interest and driving results as part of a team
  • Monitor your own performance against targets, adjusting your approach as you go
  • Team debrief to reflect on the day and set focus areas for tomorrow — just like a post-training review

What we're looking for:

  • A background in team sport, at any level
  • Coachable, collaborative, and used to working toward shared targets
  • High energy and comfortable engaging with new people
  • Genuinely ambitious about developing a career in sales and marketing

Earnings 600-800 per week

If your team sport background taught you how to compete and support each other, this role gives you somewhere real to use it.
