Job description

We are expanding our Portland, Oregon team and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join us as Retail Customer Experience Representatives.


This is a full-time, entry-level retail sales and customer service position where you'll work directly with customers, represent established brands, and develop hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, communication, and leadership. Previous sales experience is not required.


What You'll Do

  • Customer Engagement: Connect with customers face-to-face, understand their needs, answer questions, and create a positive customer experience.
  • Retail Sales: Recommend products and services based on customer needs and assist customers throughout the sales process, including closing and completing sales.
  • Brand Representation: Represent our clients professionally while developing strong knowledge of their products and services.
  • Customer Relationships: Build rapport with customers and develop strong communication and relationship-building skills.
