Full-Time or Part-Time Team Member – Sales, Hospitality & Member Experience | The Picklr

Looking for a full-time or part-time role where you can enjoy your day and work in the afternoon? What You'll Do

  • Deliver a high-energy, professional front desk and guest check-in experience
  • Process transactions, manage POS systems, and answer member inquiries
  • Lead engaging facility tours and drive membership sales through consultative conversations
  • Assist with scheduling and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, and tournaments
  • Support retail and pro shop operations, including merchandising and inventory restocking
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across the facility, including food and beverage areas
  • Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention and community engagement
  • Support daily operations and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
