We proudly serve clients across Tennessee, Kentucky, and Georgia, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships through integrity, professionalism, and personalized service.

As our agency continues to grow, we are looking for motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representatives who are passionate about helping people while building a rewarding career.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, community events, and outbound prospecting.
  • Contact warm and cold leads by phone, text, email, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Landlord, and Life Insurance products.
  • Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize customer value and savings.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using agency management systems.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers.
  • Support agency growth by participating in marketing initiatives, community events, and networking opportunities. Candidates should be willing to provide occasional support during evenings, weekends, and holidays when agency events or business needs arise.
  • Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and licensing requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Active Personal Line Or Property Casualty Insurance License. (Preferred)- Assistance to obtain license available.
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Up to 2 years of insurance, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
