Drift Spa is a holistic wellness destination where guests are invited to step away from the noise of daily life and immerse themselves in tranquility. The front desk is more than a point of entry-it is the threshold to restoration.
Summary
We're seeking a Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of Drift Spa. This role ensures a seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out, while upholding our philosophy of luxury service and intentional care. If you love hospitality, organization, and creating a sense of ease for others, this role is for you.

  • Warmly welcome guests and guide them through their spa experience.
  • Manage appointments, scheduling, and guest communications with accuracy and
    professionalism.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on services, treatments, and retail products.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and coordination to ensure operational flow.
  • Anticipate guest needs, resolving concerns with thoughtfulness and integrity.
  • Maintain the front desk area, lobby, relaxation room, and sanctuary (locker rooms) as a calm,
    organized, and inviting environment.
  • Perform tea ceremony/ aromatherapy for guests, with intention, precision and gratitude.

Requirements

  • Previous proven experience in hospitality, spa, or luxury service preferred.
