Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Global Case Assistant works closely with internal Global Team members to ensure assigned projects and case-related work are handled in a timely manner with an emphasis on accuracy and quality.ย  This is an entry-level position that handles a wide variety of administrative functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing and coordinating visa applications for filing with consular offices
ย ย  ย Performing comprehensive research on various immigration procedures such as business visas and the procurement, legalization and apostille of documents
ย ย  ย Drafting visa application letters and visa application forms
ย ย  ย Entering data and uploading documents into our firm's immigration database
ย ย  ย Preparing billing intake forms
ย ย  ย Assisting with global projects, reports and other administrative duties as required.
SKILLS
Strong organizational and time management skills
ย ย  ย Ability to generate work product with considerable accuracy and attention to detail
ย ย  ย Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
ย ย  ย Ability to multi-task and fulfill daily responsibilities in a fast paced work environment

EXPERIENCE
