Job description

We are seeking an entry-level accountant to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, Quickbooks data entry, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, purchasing, job advertising and other daily tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow their career in accounting and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment
  • Create and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Perform daily deposit reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with other team members on special projects as needed

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
