Responsibilities:

Analyze data to evaluate current processes and seek and recommend ways to improve processes and product.

Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including supplier quality manuals and company quality records.

Participate in quality audits to include internal quality system and process audits as well as external supplier quality system and process audits.

Recommend updates as needed to maintain the document and data collection systems.

Provide technical support and information to other departments, vendors, and customers as requested to collect data from company metrics, vendor metrics, and quality inspection data.

Assist in analyzing company and supplier data to recommend continuous improvement projects.

Support tracking and reporting of monthly metrics including supplier PPM, corrective action completion, trip reports, nonconforming material dispositions, delinquent PPAP, and Fair submissions.
