Full-Time | Entry-Level Friendly | Training Provided

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Software Tester to help test and improve our CRM application.

In this role, you will:

  • Enter and update data in the system
  • Test software functionality and workflows
  • Identify issues or needed changes
  • Create clear documentation for fixes and improvements
  • Retest updates after changes are made
  • Repeat testing cycles as the software continues to evolve and improve

This position is ideal for someone who:

  • Has strong attention to detail
  • Enjoys structured, repetitive work
  • Is patient and consistent
  • Can follow processes carefully
  • Takes pride in finding and documenting problems accurately

No advanced technical experience is required. We will train the right person on our software and testing process.

Company Description

Eaglesun Systems develops software solutions for Tribal Governments across the United States. Our software helps automate and manage approximately 50 different tribal programs, departments, grants, and citizen services.
Today, our software is used by about 70 Tribes nationwide. Because many of our customers are located in remote areas, Eaglesun also provides a full range of technology services, including network design, hardware installation, IT management, technical support, and infrastructure maintenance for organizations of varying sizes.
