Join Indotronix as a Software Test Engineer and play a pivotal role in advancing software integration and testing for cutting-edge hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) environments. Be part of a collaborative engineering team where your technical expertise drives the development and reliability of next-generation defense and simulation systems. Responsibilities
  • Design, integrate, and maintain advanced software and hardware test environments
  • Support, troubleshoot, and enhance HIL systems, simulation platforms, and electro-mechanical test setups
  • Configure and validate communication interfaces for devices and simulation hardware
  • Diagnose and resolve system-level integration and networking issues
  • Analyze system logs to identify and address faults
  • Fabricate, repair, and maintain cables, harnesses, and related hardware
  • Collaborate with on-site and remote engineering teams to deliver seamless integration and testing
  • Plan, execute, and document system-level test activities

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
  • 2+ years of engineering experience working with software/hardware integration
  • Hands-on experience with HIL systems and simulation tools
  • Proficiency with Linux and Windows, including shell scripting and PowerShell
  • Ability to analyze logs using Event Viewer, syslog, or dmesg
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (VLANs, switch setup)
  • Experience with serial communication protocols (RS-232/422/485, CAN, Ethernet)
