About the Role:

As a Test Engineer 1 in the durable goods manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and validation processes. You will be responsible for executing test plans that align with product specifications and industry standards. Your work will directly impact product performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with engineers, production teams, and quality, you will help drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ultimately, your contributions will support the delivery of high-quality products that meet both regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and testing procedures
  • Proficiency in using test equipment and software tools relevant to product testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and product specifications.

Responsibilities:
