Software QA Automation Engineer / Full Stack Application Tester (BEARCATT Project)
REMOTE
About the Role
This role will support the modernization and cloud migration of enterprise applications. This role will focus on creating comprehensive automated test suites, validating application enhancements and bug fixes, and ensuring the quality of systems as they transition from legacy technologies to modern cloud-based architectures.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, web application testing, Agile development environments, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain exhaustive automated test case suites.
  • Test new development stories and application enhancements.
  • Validate fixes for production and internally identified defects.
  • Perform testing for legacy technology modernization initiatives.
  • Support application migration efforts to Azure Cloud.
  • Verify infrastructure changes and cloud-based deployments.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including story grooming and requirement reviews.
  • Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to define and validate acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure application quality, performance, and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.
