As a QA Engineer, you will join a collaborative Agile team focused on ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of enterprise applications across Java and .NET environments. This role offers a unique opportunity to build foundational expertise in software testing, automation, and quality engineering while gaining hands-on experience with emerging AI technologies that are transforming the future of software delivery.
Through mentorship, training, and real-world project work, you will develop the skills needed to execute test strategies, identify and resolve defects, contribute to automation initiatives, and support AI-powered quality solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
What you have
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, test automation, software development, or a related technology discipline.
  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts, including test case development, defect lifecycle management, and regression testing
  • Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language such as Java, C#, .Net, or a similar language
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to identify issues, document findings accurately, and follow established testing processes
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills used to evaluate software behavior and validate expected outcomes
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work within Agile, cross-functional teams
  • Curiosity and interest in applying AI tools and technologies to software development and testing workflows
  • Learning agility and a growth mindset, with the ability to receive feedback, adapt, and continuously develop new technical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Internship, co-op, academic project, or 1+ years of experience supporting software testing or quality assurance initiatives
  • Exposure to test automation tools such as Selenium, RestAssured, or similar automation frameworks
  • Experience testing web applications, APIs, or RESTful services
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and defect tracking tools such as Jira
  • Exposure to Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Gherkin syntax, Cucumber, SpecFlow, or similar frameworks
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or related technologies
  • Knowledge of software quality best practices, automation concepts, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Interest in developing and supporting AI agents or intelligent workflow automation solutions
