Job Summary:
JND Inc. is a global industry leader in mobile and software platforms, seeking a Software Testing Coordinator who is bilingual in Chinese. The role involves serving as the primary communication bridge between the U.S. testing team and overseas development headquarters, managing testing outcomes, and collaborating with carrier engineers to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Take full responsibility for all testing outcomes generated by the local testing team; review, audit, and validate team results to ensure 100% compliance with client standards
• Serve as the core interface person connecting the front-end execution team with back-end R&D engineers, resolving technical ambiguities and clarifying test cases promptly
• Synthesize daily software testing reports, milestone progress updates, and final test deliverables, submitting them accurately as directed by corporate management
• Perform real-time monitoring and evaluation of the testing team members' capability levels, work status, and productivity, providing direct feedback to the Software Testing Department
• Supervise defect tracking and ensure critical regressions or blocking issues are immediately flagged, triaged, and communicated across regional lines
• Support evening and night shifts to drive daily hand-overs, progress syncs, and information sharing with cross-region teams due to time-zone variances
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of mobile software testing experience under North American/European carrier environments
• 2+ years of mobile software testing experience under North American/European carrier environments, with a proven track record in a team lead, coordinator, or interface role
• Comprehensive knowledge of carrier submission workflows for T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T
• Proficient/Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) for continuous technical synchronization, bridging, and reporting to the domestic project management structure
• Fluent in English with exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with industry-standard debugging utilities (e.g., QXDM, Wireshark)
• Outstanding organizational and coordination skills with clear logical thinking and an approachable yet firm management style
• Willingness and ability to support evening and night shifts to accommodate time-zone differences with Asia-based R&D centers
Preferred:
• Experience managing multi-regional on-site testing teams (e.g., coordinating between Dallas, TX and Seattle, WA)
• Experience reviewing or designing test execution strategies for major Android OS version upgrades
