Are you a curious problem solver looking to launch your career in software engineering? Spectra Logic is looking for a passionate Software Development Engineer in Test I to join our team!
In this role, you will be a vital gatekeeper of quality, collaborating closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure we deliver reliable, world-class software. This is an incredible opportunity to learn modern automation frameworks, dive into Linux environments, and build a rock-solid foundation for your engineering career in a highly supportive, collaborative environment
  • Drive Quality: Execute thoughtful test cases and document results, playing a key role in validating brand-new features.
  • Build Automation: Help us build for the future! You'll design and maintain foundational automated tests to make our regression testing faster and smarter.
  • Problem Solve: Identify, log, and track defects, working hand-in-hand with developers to solve puzzles and resolve issues early in the lifecycle.
  • Own the Environment: Support the setup and readiness of test environments so our validation activities always run smoothly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Follow and refine established testing processes to ensure consistency and excellence across the board.

Compensation: $72 - 100K/ year. While this salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, a candidate's actual salary will be competitive based on a variety of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
