We are currently seeking an entry level sales representative to join our dynamic sales team at Morris & Associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales, relationships, and promoting a range of poultry equipment and custom solutions across the United States. This role will require frequent travel (approximately 90%) to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and conduct product demonstrations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or production, preferably in the agricultural, poultry, or equipment sales industry.
  • Poultry Industry Knowledge: General understanding of poultry plant operations and the specific equipment used in the industry is highly preferred.
  • Travel: Ability to travel 90% of the time, including overnight stays across the United States.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while meeting deadlines and sales goals.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel by car, plane, or other means as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
