Job Description We are seeking an Open Banking Channel Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in API services, SOAP/REST web services, OAuth 2, and observability tools and a proven ability to deliver secure, scalable integrations and resilient UI components for high-volume platforms. Responsibilities: Lead design and development of API services and UI components for the Open Banking channel. Implement and maintain vendor and FinTech integrations for inbound and outbound data sharing. Ensure stability, resiliency, and scalability across end-to-end transaction flows. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support overall channel resiliency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in SOAP/REST web services, API design, and data exchange principles. Strong understanding of OAuth 2 authorization framework and API gateway technologies. Experience with monitoring and capacity management concepts, including Splunk and AppDynamics. Knowledge of financial industry standards such as OFX, Durable Daa API (DDA), and/or FDX. Familiarity with RESTful patterns and secure integration practices. Experience with JIRA and Confluence for Agile delivery and documentation. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and relationship management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience designing target-state architectures across consumer and wealth platforms. Utilization of AI tools within standard software development practices.
