Job description

CTG is seeking to fill a Software Developer position for our client.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career software professional looking to build hands-on development experience while working alongside experienced engineers. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative software development environment.
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Duration: 12 Months
Position Overview:
  • Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
  • Write, enhance, and troubleshoot code while following development best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on application improvements and new features.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and technical discussions.
  • Debug software issues and assist with identifying solutions.
  • Continuously learn new programming languages, tools, and development methodologies.

Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Understanding of basic software development concepts and coding practices.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $68,000 to $75,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
