We have an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Electrical Engineer to work with our team of Electrical Engineers and Electrical Designers supporting electrical design and engineering. You will be exposed to and learn about gathering, preparing and maintaining engineering data such as tests and drawings; equipment selection; preparation of design documents and supporting calculations; performing assignments using standard practices, techniques, procedures and criteria; performing engineering activities through verbal direction and under the supervision of senior engineering staff. Your education will be based on developing calculations, specification writing, cost estimating, coordination with other consultants and team members, and client interaction. This position involves working on several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
You'll work along with our Senior Engineers providing meaningful input on built environment projects, and we will mentor you each step of the way to ensure you are set up for success. You will be a valued member of our team from your first day and you will work on real projects right from the beginning. Under the guidance and mentorship of our experts and industry leaders, you'll be equipped with the knowledge to deliver the most innovative and boldest solutions, which Bridgers & Paxton is known for.

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited Electrical or Architectural Engineering program

  • Strong personal ambition and work ethic
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit and other production related software is a plus
