TechSmart is an AI software and workforce development company helping high schools and CTE career centers prepare students for the future of work. We partner with school districts nationwide to deliver AI and software development curriculum, teacher training, and a learning platform that equips students with practical, in-demand skills aligned to entry-level roles and emerging technology pathways.

AI is reshaping how we learn, work, and build software, and school districts are moving quickly to ensure students graduate with real, practical AI skills. TechSmart exists to make that transition attainable for schools at scale.

With this focus, we've embarked on building the next generation of AI-focused high school curriculum, starting with our Generative AI & Prompt Engineering course. To support this work, we're looking for dynamic, articulate college students to join our Curriculum Team as an AI Video Content Creator intern.

Position Summary

As an AI Video Content Creator intern you will work remotely with our Curriculum team to record scripted instructional videos on foundational skills in the exploding field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will be provided with the video scripts, all the necessary recording equipment (lights, microphone, tripod, etc.) and direction needed to record the videos.

There is no prior AI, Computer Science or specific knowledge and experience required. We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing and forward-thinking college students with strong communication and presentation skills who are excited about the opportunity to make an impact on education.
Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a U.S. college/university.
  • Majoring in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering,Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/Machine Learning, IT, Bioinformatics, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Information Systems, Business, Marketing or Communications.
  • Comfortable being on camera and presenting, as well as reading from a teleprompter.
  • Strong communication skills and excited about the challenge of explaining complex topics in a simple and engaging way.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Branding & Engagement - able to take direction easily on the correct tone and emphasis to ensure our videos are consistent.
  • Deadline-Driven: Ability to work within a project timeline and meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Previous video content creation or AI/Computer Science experience is a plus, but not required.
