Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Marketing Director, the Entry Level Full Stack Developer for Tools/Websites will be instrumental. This entry level role involves working across the full stack of our technology platforms, from crafting dynamic front-end interfaces to developing robust back-end systems. This role will collaborate closely with all the company's business units and will participate in the design, development, and testing of application-based tools and websites. This position will be expected to have a keen eye for design and usability, alongside strong technical skills in coding and system design.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain both the front-end and back-end of
application-based tools and websites.
• Write clean, functional, and sustainable code with comprehensive tests to
validate implementation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and debug issues in production and staging
environments.
• Create relevant documentation for application-based tools and websites with
minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with Product Management and UI/UX experts to identify, clarify, and
