Primary Responsibilities- Enter and manage customer orders
- Create and organize project documents, including communications with customers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Assist with pricing and bidding HVAC construction projects
- Monitor and manage calling, trouble, and open order queues while communicating updates to customers and sales associates
- Help maintain organized workflows to support customer needs and delivery schedules
- Learn how to complete take-offs from mechanical blueprints
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Exposure to reading blueprints or construction documents
