Primary Responsibilities
  • Enter and manage customer orders
  • Create and organize project documents, including communications with customers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Assist with pricing and bidding HVAC construction projects
  • Monitor and manage calling, trouble, and open order queues while communicating updates to customers and sales associates
  • Help maintain organized workflows to support customer needs and delivery schedules
  • Learn how to complete take-offs from mechanical blueprints
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to reading blueprints or construction documents
  • Experience with Solar Eclipse software is a plus, but not required
  • Basic understanding of HVAC, ventilation, and makeup air systems
