We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Low Voltage Systems Sales & Estimation Specialist, with a strong focus on fire alarm systems and RAR solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a field-based environment, enjoys building client relationships, and has a passion for designing and selling engineered systems solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Sales of Fire Systems, Low Voltage Systems and associated RAR.
  • Activity based sales motions including canvassing existing customers through calls, appointments and being IN Market as much as possible.
  • Leveraging Data that results in effective time management to maximize calls, quotes and bookings to qualified clients.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of each stage of the sales cycle and process.
  • Strong CRM utilization skills for activity and pipeline management.
  • Track open construction projects to attach services prior to completion.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with clients, management, and peers. Ability to make presentations to management, clients, others as directed.
  • Advanced computer skills and software knowledge to include MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), company software and job required software/programs.
  • Maintain professionalism in high stress situations.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in the building systems install, service or sales space.
  • 2 or 3 previous sales roles selling services and or intangible offerings
  • Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
  • Collaborative communication skills with the ability to respectfully navigate objections internally and externally
  • Action oriented - used to 3 - 4 appointments a day IN MARKET

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates or bachelor's degree
  • Experience selling code compliant and value-based service offerings
  • Must be able to work in the elements, as necessary

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience
